Дом находится на частной территории, не садоводство, 2 км. От трассы "скандинавия", 10 км. От выборга, 15 минут ходьбы от жд платформы. Дом находится в лесной зоне на бывшем финском хуторе. Недалёко есть речка черкасовка. В доме одна комната со спальными местами, кухня столовая, душевая с туалетом и сауна электрическая без веника с панорамным окном. На террасе есть холодная купель. Зимой купель не работает. Есть мангальная зона с принадлежностями. Максимальное число гостей до 4, идеально для семьи. Дом не предназначен для шумных праздников и вечеринок. Заезд с 14 часов, выезд до 12. Время заезда можно корректировать. При длительном бронировании цена оговаривается индивидуально.

Advantages:

Всё очень понравилось, спасибо большое за гостеприимство. Относительно недалеко от города, при этом всё довольно уединенно. В доме есть всё необходимое (гриль, бадминтон, дартц, кострище)
