Уютный зимний дом для спокойного отдыха семьи из 3 человек или приятной ночёвки. Находится в 10 минутах езды на машине от центра Выборга. Погранзона. Ближайшие магазины в 2 км. От трассы 700 м грунтовая дорога.

Есть возможность воспользоваться мангалом. Свободный выход на террасу. Мобильный интернет слабый.
Дом не подходит для шума и вечеринок. Отопление электрическое, плита газовая, установлен фильтр питьевой воды.

Есть всё необходимое: бытовая техника, посуда, постельные принадлежности, средства гигиены.
Недостатки: эстетические недоделки, пол скрипит, насос при использовании воды 3 сек. шумит, набирает из скважины.
