Квартира расположена в самом центре города, напротив центрального парка, до Красной площади 1 минута ходьбы, до Рыночной площади — 5 минут, до Выборгского Замка — 15 минут.

Заезд с 14:00 (бесконтактный, в любое время), выезд до 12:00 (тоже бесконтактный). Ранний заезд или поздний выезд — по договоренности.

Максимальное количество гостей — 3:

— двуспальная кровать 160x200 (в комнате);

— диван 120x200 (на кухне).

Все необходимое для проживания есть: телевизор, интернет/Wi-Fi, удобная невысокая барная стойка, холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник/чай/кофе, посудомоечная машина, стиральная и сушильная машины, душ, по три полотенца на гостя, одноразовые гигиенические принадлежности.

Перед дверью в квартиру установлена камера видеонаблюдения.

Курение разрешено на балконе лестничной площадки: нужно выйти из квартиры, спуститься вниз на пол-этажа и выйти на балкон.
