Advantages:

Отличное расположение- вокруг сосновый лес, легко дышится, красивые озера. Взяли лыжи и покатались по лыжне. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка, идёт навстречу.

Disadvantages:

Ремонт не самый стильный, но это на качество никак не влияет
