Сдаётся новый современный дом с просторной кухней-гостиной и классной спальней (проживание 2+2, не более 4-х человек, включая детей любого возраста), в 50 метрах от озера Красногвардейское. Дом идеально подойдёт для спокойного семейного отдыха, комфортно могут разместиться 4 человека, не для вечеринок!
В доме есть всё необходимое: спальня с кроватью (160*200) и постельным бельём, кухня-гостиная с раскладывающимся диваном (160*200), душевая с полотенцами для каждого гостя, принадлежности гигиены! Диван, СВЧ-печь, чайник, холодильник, варочная панель, посудомоечная машина, телевизор, вся необходимая посуда, сахар, соль, мангал, в 50 метрах песчаный пляж, где можно позагорать, отдохнуть и искупаться. Можно взять в прокат сапсерф и лодку.
В домике есть настольные игры.
На улице можно поиграть в бадминтон.
К нам можно с маленькими домашними питомцами (не более одного), по согласованию с нами за доп. плату +1000 руб. за всё время проживания.

Курение в доме запрещено.
Не для вечеринок и шумных компаний, запрещены салюты и громкая музыка. 


Условия: срок аренды от 2-х суток, праздники считаются за выходные, заезд с 15:00, выезд до 12:00.
